The site is in a Downtown-adjacent neighborhood that has not seen substantial new housing construction in decades except for our 3167 Market Street project a block away. The 7-story development will be funded by tax credits and developed by MRK, and Impact Housing will provide design, manufacturing and construction management services for the site that Impact Housing first identified and started entitling.
